Could you please explain how the polishing in Flye works? I just noticed that extra rounds of polishing in Flye can identify and resolve small structural errors (errors are centred in a 1–2 kb DNA segment). Interestingly, other polishers, even using short reads, were unable to fix these "error clusters".
