Stops showing new presets after a certain number of presets

Even after pressing spacebar & H, it just stays on the same one. I find this can happen if I vote 5 for it as well. Order sequential.
Settings:

press f3 a few times to choose the duration between 2 presets. It should never get stuck. Unless you accidentally push the key ~ (under Esc) this will lock the preset.
