Is it possible to access external sites from DUO using UsbNcm Host Device?

I used v1.1.3 on Duo from here.

I followed this procedure to enable UsbNcm Host Device.
The UsbNcm Host Device has been successfully enabled, but I don't know the steps for network sharing using this device.

At the time of v1.1.1, it was possible to access external sites of DUO using the RNDIS driver.
The RNDIS driver has a network connection sharing feature.
The following ping was passed from the DUO terminal using the RNDIS driver.

ping www.baidu.com -c 10

Is it possible to access external sites from DUO using UsbNcm Host Device?
