Currently user permission checks depend on the order of permissions defined in the test to be exactly the same as when they are defined for the role.

Something like

checkExpectedPermssions(permissions, expectedPermissions) {
  expect(permissions.sort()).to.deep.equal(expectedPermissions.sort())
}
