I was using the CE and trying to add a Azure China tenant, the message shows that it can't be found. Is it because Mist is not compatible for Azure China?

China regions in Azure, and AWS, are operated independently from other regions. Right now we do not support any of them mostly because of the maintenance overheads. If this is blocking you, we could help you add support for them. In theory, all APIs are the same. You will just need an account with China regions to test.
