应该是中文显示的全是问号，是哪里语言的设置没有变成Unicode之类的原因吗？

显示乱码：试试将本机语言与区域设置中的非Unicode程序的语言系统区域修改为 “中文（简体，中国）”，并不要勾选 “Beta 版：UTF-8 全球语言支持”。
