Rest works fine

By this, do you mean the other three search options work? e.g. Popularity, etc

There have been some changes upstream, so maybe this has broken something 🤔

The rest of the app works. Just recent does not work.

On the fedora notebook of my wife (latest updates) this feature also not works. When you add some Text to the search you geht results. 3 Devices all fedora.

It looks like it has to do with the way recent extensions are listed in the Extensions site. The following URL comes from a bookmark I use, so there is no typo per se:

https://extensions.gnome.org/#shell_version=44&sort=recent

That has now changed to

https://extensions.gnome.org/#shell_version=44&sort=created

It's worth noting, I think, that the drop-down sorting menu still labels this as "Recent".
