Uninstaller misses webcache and debug.log #17

The webcache directory and the debug.log are created by php-desktop.
A simple trick might be to include the emtpy webcache folder and an empty debug.log in the installer.

Maybe these files could be moved to ProgramData using php-desktop's config.
