Does this work when package versions are only specified in the lock file? #19

I migrated this repo to uv, and now I no longer get Renovate updates for Python packages. The only interesting difference I can find is that my repo doesn't specify versions in pyproject.toml, instead using uv lock for that. (It's a matter of taste, keeping pyproject.toml simple since I don't support more than one version of each dependency in the repo.)
