All Shotcut versions.

In test project I've used 20 seconds 30 fps video witch has 600 frames. Project initially in FullHD 30 fps.
After switch to any other video format for example FullHD 60 fps all videos (and other elements, transitions, pictures, audio, etc.) lost some frames (usually 1 or 2).
That cause project to be inconsistent because overlaps or gaps occurring in output results that are not intended to be there. Also total time of project is changed.

I have made test project. It has rounded to seconds key points (first screenshot).
On second screenshot there are results after switching to 60 fps.
All key points are altered due to rounding bug also overlap appeared in upper track.
The more complex and bigger project the more drastically it corrupts (last example on second screenshot, everything was aligned).

Is it still a problem? There have been some fixes for changing video mode with a project loaded since this report. I tried it on one of my projects, and I do not think I reproduced it.
