Currently it is possible to do in the target codebase
qtrac::qik::instance().log(" >>>> LicenceChecker::intervalCheck",0,this);

causing the message be incorporated in the qtrac trace log.

Add a dedicated log function for this: e.g.
qtrac::log("LicenceChecker::intervalCheck");
