First Moai SDK release based on the moaiforge/moai-community repo (develop branch) and libmoai 1.7 from moaiforge/moai-sdk (moai-develop branch)

Download prebuilt-lib.zip and extract to your moai-community root, this will allow you to create android and html/js hosts without building libmoai.
