File Browser: sanitize double dot in file name

A file named somefile..txt is valid. why was it decided to sanitize it here ?

Unfortunately, it also brakes the ability to delete files that were uploaded with this naming scheme, as the Browser/File/Removehandler goes through sanitize first, preventing file deletion.
