ループコンテキストからダイアログ表示

問題になりそうな点とその対応
- invoketarget,invokeactionに対応していないブラウザへの対応
- 非表示時にデータバインドの評価をしてしまうと、ループコンテキスト外なのでエラーになる
- ダイアログ表示時、ループコンテキストをスタックする
