Steps to View Extension in a browser

In browser navigate to chrome://extensions or click three dots on right side top -> more tools -> extensions
Enable the Developer mode toggle.

Click the load unpacked button.

Now navigate to the project, select an extension folder as shown below. (Here its Tab tracker)

Then click select folder (Tab tracker) it appears in extensions and enable it as show below.

How to use it, click extension present in extension tools copy the link of the website u need to store and paste it in input and save it.

There you are successfully added your extension to chrome browser 🥳
