For the command line version, add a --watch argument to make Nyx keep running in the background, watching for changes to the repository filesystem. When changes occurs, Nyx runs again, according to all other configuration options and the command.

This may be useful to continuously update the State and/or the Summary file or update the Summary console output, update the changelog etc.

It may also be useful when running in a Docker or WASM container.
