What happened:
Run jaeger demo in https://mosn.io/layotto/#/zh/start/trace/jaeger, then layotto will print panic messages caused by nil pointer.

panic logs printed by layotto:

and it's caused by the nil tracer:

What you expected to happen:
the tracer should not be nil

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Run jaeger demo in https://mosn.io/layotto/#/zh/start/trace/jaeger
