Currently RTSP port is hard coded to 554. It should be pretty easy to make it configurable. We can either use the "Streaming Port" option currently available for the FNC, or create a new option like "RTSP Port". Benefit of creating a new "RTSP Port" option is when user switches between MJPEG and RTSP mode, the port configuration is not lost.
