Specific JPG photo not client side resized #1665

Using the basic jsfiddle with plupload you can see that this attached file does not get resized automatically and causes issues in the UI.

Try it with this unmodified jsfiddle and you'll see it never gets resized. Make sure the original file is about 9.5mb
