I think we'd also need to migrate from our current bedrock.readthedocs.io URL, (since that belongs to this site) and host it ourselves?

@reemhamz No need to stop using RTFD.org, you can build MkDocs sites there too: https://about.readthedocs.com/tools/mkdocs/
