Can this library be adapted to work with a Qiangli 80*40 p4 panel with 1/20 scan rate? If so, what changes have to be made?

Drivers mentioned are DP5125D + RUL5158C

RUL5158C is a shift register multiplexor like 5266 , the code to support it discussed in #164

DP5125D is a standard led driver, there is no problem with it
