Styling inconsistencies on macOS vs. other platforms #26

I've noticed the following inconsistencies in the macOS build:

  • The clue prompt is not resizable (whether or not the UI is locked) and is missing borders
  • The draggable bar between the clue lists (and the center of the pane to its left) should be grey, not white. Also, on macOS, there are circles at the center of these bars which do not appear on Windows.
  • The title/author/copyright background should be grey, not white - it should match the toolbar color. There should be no visible borders.
  • Toolbar icons should be grouped closer together and have dividers between sections.
