Describe the bug

XAML Analysis errors are currently created in a way that means they are lost once the user starts to edit the document.
Investigate using an ITrackingSpan to keep the squiggles in the correct place for longer.

How can this be reproduced

See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/extensibility/inside-the-editor?view=vs-2019#tracking-points-and-tracking-spans for more

Which version of Visual Studio are you using?
