Throw exception with Topic details #116

Currently in our production logs, I am seeing exceptions thrown from following code:

function throwException(ex) {
		return function reThrowException() {
			throw ex;
		};
	}

which is called when subscriber are called in Async manner. And the exception details is currently very sparse.

It would be better if more details like Topic name is passed to further help the investigations in such scenarios.
