fmWorkMate: Quarantine & Ventura #78

Ventura seems to create problems with quarantined files.

Opening fmWorkMate can show a security dialog.
Opening a tool from fmWorkMate can cause an error 199 file not found error.

The reason seems to be that macOS Ventura is treating downloaded files as potentially dangerous.

Maybe fmWorkMate can trap the error 100 and give users some guidance?
Or even help remove the quarantine attribute?
