Add Shortcuts that a user can assign to the Action button available on the Apple Watch Ultra as well as newer iPhones. Turning the Action button into a Lap button would be a good first shortcut.

Added an initial pass at using the Action button for a lap button. Could improve it by having it show some metrics from the previous lap.
