org-insert-past-clock can possibly use current clock as start point #4

I noticed while being clock in there's a chance that the start point
of the to be inserted clock/timestamp can be the clock's start-point
that is checked in at the point of calling the function.

This can cause issues in the calculation of the time spend on the item.
