Reported by @v1ack in #683. We currently intentionally ignore the <<LAST_PROJECT>> placeholder for heartbeats sent by the browser plugin here. However, <<LAST_LANGUAGE>> is still passed through as is and ends up being displayed on the dashboard.

Also, properly map <<LAST_PROJECT>> and <<LAST_LANGUAGE>> placeholders otherwise (extend this block), e.g. for data sent by macos-wakatime. Requested at #683 (comment).
