accessibility a11y component: tabs This is the name of the generic UI component, not the React module! out of scope The problem looks valid but we won't fix it (maybe we will revisit it in the future)

I am just starting to play with Material and the first thing I noticed was I am unable to navigate through them with the 'tab' key. Instead, I had to use arrows which sounds like a non-standard way and our users would immediately complain about it. Is there a configuration setting to change this or is this by design?

See #6955, Tab should skip all the tabs. The current behavior is correct.
