Covert config properties to Yaml

Didnt see config properties converting to Yaml via tool, having the feature is going to be very helpful.

in Mule 3.x, there was the concept of using environment-specific ".properties" files, in Mule 4.x the preferred way is to use Yaml for having environment-specific properties, would be nice to build out the parser converting properties to Yaml via MMA tool.
