I think users should have an option to install tanner from pypi.

Tanner installation is rather complex. Maybe providing a Docker image is the better solution?

@glaslos Works for me 👍 We'll need to account for nested docker containers.

Optionally there could be a docker-compose quick-install for running tanner in conjunction to snare; Something I'll love to see.

@glaslos Shouldn't this issue be closed as this is outdated. Docker support has been successfully added.

Are we still looking to support installation from pypi?
