@KGhisalberti usually this happens due to either portable or store version of MusicBee if I recall correctly. I need to see if in any next release I can at least provide a hint there.

Is there any change you are in any of the mentioned cases?

For the store version, you can find a zip file in the releases with some short instructions on using it. I hope this helps.
