FATAL: Bad packet length 604

Using jsch 0.2.17 and getting ERROR com.jcraft.jsch.JSch FATAL: Bad packet length 604 every now and then.
What could be the possible reasons for this error?

Hi @fredrikls,

Do you mean that you never saw this issue with JSch 0.2.16, but now see it with JSch 0.2.17?
Or if not, what prior JSch release did you not see this issue with?

Can you also provide full logging details from start of a session up until this error occurs?
