Soon, I've cleaned up the bom some today and need to do some checking on usage to make sure it acts as we expect.

Hasn't been decided. We are hesitant to release it to the wild. At the moment I had made this only bring in mybatis libs and exclude the rest so it was more reasonable. I'm not sure how much value this actually may have given most projects don't use that many of the modules together. However, possibly I could do a milestone based release so at least you could work with it to give feedback on how useful it is.

@lzysuqianqiu As soon as I make it through releasing all mybatis modules which I have already started in last week I will release a bom. The baseline will be java 11 for most items and 17 for a few on that.
