  • Are there any cases where a FOI request has actually prompted a public body to release a dataset and keep it up-to-date ?
  • How have dataset related requests on WhatDoTheyKnow been dealt with. Have they been recognised by public bodies?

Interesting FOI response:

Whilst the Council is mindful of the Dataset Provisions it is conscious that these do not apply to EIR requests.

That looks like a major loophole in UK access to information law which we should seek to close.
