e.g. if your commit message looks like:

Bug XXX - Part 1: Do some stuff, r=nika

This patch lets me do some stuff! It's pretty awesome

Bug #: XXX

We should explain that the duplication of the bug number is not necessary and will actually cause phlay to fail. See also #4.
