PR description

This PR cleans up old modules that were moved and/or reworked but remained in the repository.

Bugfixes

Pylbo

  • fixed a bug where querying for derived eigenfunctions on a multispectrum plot errored
  • fixed an inconsistency in colourmapping for interactive continua on a multispectrum plot
