I not allowed to use bot. Why?

Today I set up bot in telegram, but after a couple hours I get two messages. What I do wrong?

First:

no one is helping you because these issues are pretty self-explanatory.

first: this will likely occur every time if you are using the trial version of OpenAI API. consider using the paid version.

second: if you read the documentation properly, you will understand why you got this message. this means that the user sending a chat is not allowed to use the bot. you should either add the user ID to your .env file or just open bot access to guests.
