V语言之前没听过。
刚查了下，是一个2019开源新语言，个人理解目前比较小众，目前没有发现有人开发对应的sdk。

r-nacos兼容nacos sdk协议，r-nacos目前项目范围主要是开发服务端，暂时没有计划开发额外sdk。

新语言的sdk还是需要熟悉这个语言的社区同学共同建设。
