Vi skulle ønske at det sto noe på https://doc.nais.io/persistence/opensearch/ om backup/robusthet og hvilke typer data man bør og ikke bør lagre i OpenSeach.

Spesifikt: kan man bruke OpenSearch som master for viktige data, eksempelvis logg/journal fra et saksbehandlingssystem?
