White theme on control bar (where window controls are) instead of black theme in apps such Ableton Live or in winver.
Tried to hook explorer, but it resulted in very poor performance of explorer and didn't fixed the issue.

Windows ver is on the screenshot.
Issue can be reproduced checking everything except "Explorer Hook" (in my case, it's the same even if i hook explorer, but to me it's creating another bug with poor explorer performance)
