This is the current description we use for Tor Resolution:

${NSD_CreateCheckBox} 10u 22.5u -10u 45u "Tor Resolution: Tor Browser (and any other applications that use its Tor instance) will resolve Namecoin domains. Namecoin Core or Electrum-NMC will access the Internet through Tor."

It is not very explicit about what happens if you shut off Tor Browser: Namecoin Core and Electrum-NMC will disconnect from peers. We should explain this better so that users aren't confused about being unable to connect to peers.
