Description

As a regular user, I ran into a problem where as the figures are smaller in size, it is hard to filter out the exact shape that matches the original image.

Rationale

The alteration will enable the user to accurately filter out the graphene from the substrate.

Test Criterion

The filtered out figures will have more defined and clear edges.

It would be good to define a quantitative metric on a set of reference images that the performance of this feature can be compared to.
