How can I uncompress a vbz-compressed fast5 file?

Hey @Huanle

You can switch between gzip and vbz with https://github.com/nanoporetech/ont_fast5_api#compress_fast5

Is this what you are after?

thanks for your reply.
I am trying to figure out whether it is possible to covert vbz-compressed files back to normal un-compressed files.
It is kind of undo vbz compression: vbz-fast5 --> fast5.
