Summary

The Time List view has a solid circle color swatch that is not being colored properly.

Expected vs Current Behavior

The color swatch is being colored based on the Activity's "time state" (past, current and future) with blue, yellow and purple being used respectively. This is not as designed.

The color swatch was designed to be the color of the Activity as defined in the Plan file, exactly the same way that Gantt views color their Activity bars.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Put a Plan that has defined Activity colors into a Time List.
  2. Observe: swatch colors will not use the Plan's colors, but will instead be based on "time state" as described above.

Environment

  • Open MCT Version: 9.0.0-rc10
  • Deployment Type: server
  • OS: Later than Windows 95.
  • Browser: Not IE6.

Impact Check List

  • Data loss or misrepresented data?
  • Regression? Did this used to work or has it always been broken?
  • Is there a workaround available?
  • Does this impact a critical component?
  • Is this just a visual bug with no functional impact?
  • Does this block the execution of e2e tests?
  • Does this have an impact on Performance?
