With 10.11 I removed Flashlight, but its menu icon is still there and I can't remove it. How do I get rid of this? I tried to search for flashlight, used Cleanmymac, look at the libraries but can find it.

Reinstall it again and open it. There is check box for showing/hiding menu bar icon on the 'About Flashlight' menu. Remove it again.
