Which inverter do you have ? The app is showing the lowest cell temperature in the pack and it sounds like you are looking at the battery_temp which despite it's name is actually the temperature measured at the BMS (and usually measures 6C-10C higher) - depending on the inverter version you have the low cell temp may (or may not be supported) - if it is supported you will find it in the sensors as |

Has anyone else been experiencing significant differences between the Modbus (and cloud) temperatures and those reported by the Fox app?
It's something I'm seeing and others also seem to be: https://community.home-assistant.io/t/foxess-modbus-and-foxcloud-different-temps/782923?u=mgb66
Currently Modbus is reporting a battery temperature of 17 degC, whereas the app says 6.9 degC. The lower temperature seems more plausible as I have a separate sensor in the same space measuring 8 degC.
