Datepicker: Seperate year and month dropdown

Currently, user are confused as to how to change the year.

1. They need to click the unmarked button at the top:
   

2. The dropdown is a month selector, so they need to click the same button again to switch to the year view:
   

3. Then they can select the year:
   

Here is an exemple of a proper datepicker, this make it much more useful as a birthday picker as you usually want to select the year first, then the month, then the day.
