1. Grant of Copyright License
The Licensor hereby grants to any person obtaining a copy of this software (the "Software") and associated documentation files (the "Documentation"), the rights to use, reproduce, display, distribute, execute, and transmit the Software, and to prepare derivative works of the Software, all subject to the following conditions:
