as.templatebrain.im3d should not need an im3d made from a file #25

This currently fails for an im3d object that does not have its "file" attribute set. It should be ok to supply the name / regName

as.templatebrain(im3d(dims = c(3,4),voxdims = c(2,3,4)), regName="FAFB", name='Full Adult')
